Frank V. Sica

Frank arrived at Tailwind in 2005 after two decades in the private equity business at Soros Funds Management and Morgan Stanley. At Soros, he was President of Soros Private Funds Management, where he oversaw private equity and real estate activities and chaired the investment committee. Frank was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and its private equity affiliate, Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, where he also served as Co-CEO. Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s M&A department. Frank is a graduate of Wesleyan University, of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and was an officer in the U.S. Air Force.
